These are a few of my childhood hero's.

My names Paul,I'm 24 years old, i come from Staines which is in west London,I used to ride bmx(street and flatland)and have now been practising Le Parkour for about 6 months now (2 months off due to injury ....After seeing the Jump Britain documentry and the Jump London dvd i decided on looking for other people to train with and maybe start a group.

I ended up starting a goup called JBPKK Which is Jump Berkshire Parkour Krew along with 3 others who have become really good friends,Linus,Herbal T ,and Sketch who i already knew,and recently some new members too..This site is just for my personal stuff as the www.jumpberkshire.co.uk site is growing rapidly and this site represents my true expression of parkour as an induvidual rather than from a group point of view.

I am very easy to approach and will always help anybody if i can.I still dont really know how to describe my style of Parkour as i dont think i've truely worked that out yet.   I hope you enjoy the site and thanks for visiting.
